Lavishly Leather

Another element of dress that has stood out to me over the past 3 weeks in London has been LEATHER.

I have seen beautiful leather jackets on passersby—one of which had a camel and hint of blush color gradation and was finished with a sheen.

At the V&A museum, antique and vintage leather garments caught my eye; these including a 1997 Versace leather gown (image unavailable) and two antique leather garments from the early 1600’s.
